Refund policy

We want you to love your reset. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original condition, with packaging where possible.

Bundles (for example, the Vanity Shelfie Trio and Teen Vanity Glow-Up Set) are returned as a complete set unless one item arrived damaged or defective.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email austin.merkari.1549@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email austin.merkari.1549@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Our products ship from several warehouses, so please wait for our instructions and don't send items to the address on the package. We can't accept returns sent without a return request.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns of unused items, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
