Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time (United States)

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays and peak seasons.

Orders may arrive in separate packages

We work with several US and international fulfillment partners, including warehouses in California and other US locations. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You won't pay extra shipping for split packages.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking, delays, and lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days after it shipped, email austin.merkari.1549@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help, including sending a replacement or refund if a package is lost.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
