Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Vanity Reset Co wants everyone to be able to shop our store, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.

What we do

  • Write text descriptions (alt text) for product images.
  • Use a theme with a "skip to content" link, page landmarks, and keyboard-friendly menus, cart, and checkout.
  • Keep text readable, with strong color contrast for body text and buttons.
  • Use Shopify's checkout, which Shopify designs and tests for accessibility.
  • Review the site for accessibility issues when we add products or change the design.

Known limitations

We are a small, one-person store and we are still improving. Some parts of the site, such as content from third-party apps, embedded videos, or supplier-provided images and documents, may not fully meet our goal yet. We are working on fixing issues as we find them.

Need help or found a problem?

If anything on our site is hard to use, or you'd like help finding a product or placing an order, please contact us. Tell us the page and the problem, and we'll do our best to help you complete your purchase another way and to fix the issue.

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Feedback welcome

We welcome suggestions on how to make Vanity Reset Co easier to use. This statement will be updated as we make improvements.
